In 2012, Oakdale was selling similar Lots for $5,695/each and for $6,295/each in 2014. Plots in the Maple Lawn area at Oakdale are now $8,895/each. The Plots I am selling are Side-by-Side located in the Maple Lawn Section and near the chapel with a view of the mountains. There is a transfer fee, per Lot, of $345 (previously $210.00).

Given the increase in both the price of the Lots and the transfer fee, I am now prepared to sell the Lots, as follows:

$8,000 for both Lots (or $4,5000 for one Lot)
Seller and Buyer to split the transfer fees if both Lots are purchased.
If only one Lot is purchased, Seller will pay the transfer fee.
